Selling Advisory

On a case by case basis, and depending on the transaction context, Deomenos will supplement and coordinate the advisors and experts involved in the selling process by:

  • Supporting and organizing if required the first steps of the selling process (market opportunity detection, timing and schedule definition, contacts…)
  • Coaching the management all along the process
  • Advice in preparing documentation, reports
  • Actively preparing and supporting negotiations with a strong involvement
