Prior to funding DEOMENOS, François' last position was as responsible for mergers and acquisitions of Roullier Group, an
agro suppliers company operating in 37 countries. He participated in all sectors where Roullier was involved in agro-supplies, professional hygiene,
mineral and industrial products, plastics, garden products, food phosphates,
marine biotechnologies, operation and transformation of seaweed, pastries,
cooked meats, seafood. He has contributed Roullier Group to develop its
presence in Brazil, Ireland, China, and Africa.

In 2006, François decided to set up DEOMENOS, an advisor specialized in small and mid size companies, noticing that such do not have an easy access to the same top quality financing services as large and mega-caps do. DEOMENOS’ mission is to help entrepreneurs throughout the process of raising capital, merger-acquisitions, LBO/MBO/MBI/OBO or restructuring from the very outset of a new project until the closing, with a personal commitment to delivering the right deal for each particular client and project.

François Ramette holds a PHd from the University of
Paris 2 Pantheon Assas. He speaks fairly English, and conversational in
Spanish.
