Indigo Group, a global and global player in parking and urban mobility, announces today the conclusion of the acquisition of the Spie batignolles concessions parking division, operated under the Spie Autocité brand, following the lifting of the conditions precedent.

This acquisition, which has a strong complementarity with the Group's activities, enables it to continue developing its long-term concession portfolio and to increase its presence in France by integrating parks benefiting from high-quality geographic locations, particularly in Paris and the inner suburbs. (La Garenne Colombes, Montrouge, Conflans-Sainte-Honorine, Achères), as well as in Lille and Lyon.

At the end of December 2018, the parking division of Spie batignolles concessions had a turnover of approximately 33 million euros.
